Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Peel account and all associated data at any time — from within the app, or from this page.

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

Open Peel and tap the account icon in the top-right corner.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm. This is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 2 — By request (no app required)

If you no longer have the app installed, or can't access your account, email us from the address associated with your account and we'll process the deletion within 30 days.

Please include: the email address linked to your Peel account, and the subject line "Account Deletion Request."

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

Your account identity (name and email, as provided by your sign-in method)
Your synced progress — total points, streak, and solved puzzles — from our servers

Local game data on your device is also cleared when you delete in-app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
